Tobe Coller Davis (circa 1890 - 1962) more commonly known as Miss Tobe was an internationally known fashion authority who founded The Tobé-Coburn School for Fashion Careers (now the Wood Tobe Coburn School) and the Tobe Report, one of the world's most prestigious fashion merchandising consulting companies. She had a weekly syndicated fashion column entitled "Tobe Says"for the Herald Tribune.[1]
